We are based in Edmonton and proudly service Edmonton, Calgary, and surrounding areas. All travel expenses vary and fall under the responsibilty of the cient.

For events outside of these locations, we are happy to travel to bring your celebration to life anywhere your vision takes you. Travel, accommodation (if required), and related expenses will be included in your custom quote and are the responsibility of the client.

Whether local or destination, we specialize in full-service styling and can travel to set up your event and assist in planning your full celebration experience from start to finish.

TERMS & POLICIES

At Her Moments & Co, every experience is thoughtfully curated and customized. These policies are in place to ensure a smooth, stress-free process for both you and us, while allowing us to bring your vision to life with care and clarity.

BOOKING & DEPOSITS

All bookings require a deposit to secure your date and reserve your setup.

• A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total reservation cost is required to secure your booking.
• Your date is not confirmed until the deposit is received
• The remaining balance is due prior to setup or by the agreed-upon date outlined in your invoice
• No setup will begin until payment has been completed in full

CUSTOM QUOTES

Every event is uniquely designed based on your vision, space, guest count, and styling preferences. Because of this, all packages are provided as custom quotes.

Final pricing will be confirmed once event details have been discussed and your package has been tailored specifically to your needs.

TRAVEL & DELIVERY

Travel fees may apply depending on your event location.

• A travel fee will be added for locations outside of our standard service area (Edmonton)
• Travel costs will be included in your custom quote prior to booking confirmation
• Additional fees such as parking, ferry access, or extended travel time may apply if required

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

We understand that plans can change.

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made after booking confirmation will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• Rescheduling may be accommodated based on availability and must be requested at least 30 days in advance.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure a seamless setup experience:

• The client must ensure access to the venue, Airbnb, hotel room, or event space at the agreed setup time.
• The setup area must be clean, accessible, and ready for styling.
• Any required approvals from venues (including Airbnbs or hotels) are the responsibility of the client.
• We are not responsible for restrictions imposed by third-party venues.

SETUP TIMING

We arrive within the agreed-upon setup window prior to your event or check-in time.

• Delays in access may impact setup timing
• We are not responsible for delays caused by venue access issues or last-minute changes outside of our control

DESIGN & STYLING CHANGES

To ensure everything is perfectly prepared:

• Final event details must be confirmed by the agreed deadline.
• Changes made after confirmation may result in additional fees or adjustments to pricing.

LIABILITY

While every effort is made to ensure a safe and seamless setup:

• We are not responsible for injuries, damages, or incidents that occur during or after the event.
• We are not liable for issues caused by venue restrictions or third-party providers.
• Responsibility for guest safety and venue compliance remains with the client and/or venue.

PHOTO & CONTENT USE

We love showcasing our work and bringing inspiration to future clients.

• We reserve the right to photograph and/or video setups for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Content may be used on our website and social media unless otherwise requested.
• If you prefer your event not be shared, please notify us in writing prior to your event.
