SERVICE AREAS & TRAVEL AVAILABILITY<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are based in Edmonton and proudly service Edmonton, Calgary, and surrounding areas. All travel expenses vary and fall under the responsibilty of the cient.<\/p>\n

For events outside of these locations, we are happy to travel to bring your celebration to life anywhere your vision takes you. Travel, accommodation (if required), and related expenses will be included in your custom quote and are the responsibility of the client.<\/p>\n

Whether local or destination, we specialize in full-service styling and can travel to set up your event and assist in planning your full celebration experience from start to finish.<\/p>\n

TERMS & POLICIES<\/strong><\/p>\n

At Her Moments & Co, every experience is thoughtfully curated and customized. These policies are in place to ensure a smooth, stress-free process for both you and us, while allowing us to bring your vision to life with care and clarity.<\/p>\n

BOOKING & DEPOSITS<\/strong><\/p>\n

All bookings require a deposit to secure your date and reserve your setup.<\/p>\n

\u2022 A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total reservation cost is required to secure your booking.
\u2022 Your date is not confirmed until the deposit is received
\u2022 The remaining balance is due prior to setup or by the agreed-upon date outlined in your invoice
\u2022 No setup will begin until payment has been completed in full<\/p>\n

CUSTOM QUOTES<\/strong><\/p>\n

Every event is uniquely designed based on your vision, space, guest count, and styling preferences. Because of this, all packages are provided as custom quotes.<\/p>\n

Final pricing will be confirmed once event details have been discussed and your package has been tailored specifically to your needs.<\/p>\n

TRAVEL & DELIVERY<\/strong><\/p>\n

Travel fees may apply depending on your event location.<\/p>\n

\u2022 A travel fee will be added for locations outside of our standard service area (Edmonton)
\u2022 Travel costs will be included in your custom quote prior to booking confirmation
\u2022 Additional fees such as parking, ferry access, or extended travel time may apply if required<\/p>\n

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING<\/strong><\/p>\n

We understand that plans can change.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Deposits are non-refundable.
\u2022 Cancellations made after booking confirmation will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
\u2022 Rescheduling may be accommodated based on availability and must be requested at least 30 days in advance.<\/p>\n

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n

To ensure a seamless setup experience:<\/p>\n

\u2022 The client must ensure access to the venue, Airbnb, hotel room, or event space at the agreed setup time.
\u2022 The setup area must be clean, accessible, and ready for styling.
\u2022 Any required approvals from venues (including Airbnbs or hotels) are the responsibility of the client.
\u2022 We are not responsible for restrictions imposed by third-party venues.<\/p>\n

SETUP TIMING<\/strong><\/p>\n

We arrive within the agreed-upon setup window prior to your event or check-in time.<\/p>\n

\u2022 We are not responsible for delays caused by venue access issues or last-minute changes outside of our control<\/p>\n

DESIGN & STYLING CHANGES<\/strong><\/p>\n

To ensure everything is perfectly prepared:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Responsibility for guest safety and venue compliance remains with the client and\/or venue.<\/p>\n
